Our Mission
The Diamond Softball organization is committed to teaching female athletes the game of fastpitch softball. We do this by creating a fun and exciting atmosphere, while instilling hard work, discipline, and team work. We teach first, coach second. We believe that no matter what level of play you participate in, the ability to catch and throw are essential and include the basics in every single practice.
At the core of the Diamonds foundation is the idea that softball players respond better to non-parent coaches. None of our coaches have daughters on the team.
Our Coaches
The Diamond coaching staff consists of Oran Sears, Danielle Fishburn, Bryan Huntley, Katie Frawley.

What is a Diamond
She is an Athlete: an active person trained in one or more sports – a person of good moral character – one who respects authority, her physical and mental well-being, and those who look up to her. She is responsible, on time, courteous, and loves her sport. When she makes a mistake, she uses it as motivation to improve and when she does well, she looks for ways to do even better. She doesn’t settle for mediocrity because she wants to be the best at her sport. When she plays, she puts it all on the line. When she wins, she wins with class. When she loses, she loses with the same class. When the game is on the line, she looks for a way to win. When she can’t find a way to win, she walks away knowing that she did her best – her absolute best.
